What we deliver

SaaS Product Engineering, end to end

Multi-tenant SaaS from MVP to scale: architecture, billing, analytics and cloud.

  • 01

    Architecture & design

The tenancy model, data access layer, API contracts, background jobs and event patterns — each decision documented with its trade-offs. For early products we favour a clean, extensible modular monolith over premature microservices.

    • Multi-tenant schema design
    • API contracts & versioning
    • Event-driven patterns
    • Architecture decision records
  • 02

    Full-stack product engineering

Fast, accessible frontends, robust REST or GraphQL APIs, well-indexed databases with safe migrations, job queues and webhooks — CI/CD-first, tested and reviewed, written so your team can own it after handoff.

    • Nuxt, Next.js, Vue or React
    • Node.js, Python or Go APIs
    • PostgreSQL or MongoDB
    • Queues & webhooks
  • 03

    Subscriptions & billing

Stripe billing done right the first time: plans and trials, seat-based and metered pricing, annual toggles, coupons, dunning for failed payments, invoices and tax — synced by webhook so your dashboard always shows the true subscription state.

    • Stripe Billing & customer portal
    • Usage- and seat-based pricing
    • Upgrade & downgrade flows
    • Dunning & revenue recovery
  • 04

    Auth, onboarding & permissions

Email and social sign-in, enterprise SSO, role-based access and team workspaces, plus onboarding built around activation milestones so new users reach value in their first session.

    • OAuth & passwordless
    • SSO (SAML / OIDC)
    • Role-based access control
    • Team & workspace management
  • 05

    Analytics & admin dashboards

Two layers: an internal admin for users, subscriptions, MRR and churn signals, and in-product analytics for your customers. Event tracking is instrumented from day one so product decisions rest on data.

    • Admin panel & CRM view
    • In-product dashboards
    • Event tracking
    • Health scores & churn alerts
  • 06

    Cloud infrastructure & DevOps

AWS, GCP or Azure provisioned as code with Terraform or Pulumi; containers on ECS or Kubernetes; CDN, managed databases with backups, caching, and pipelines that test, build and deploy on every merge — with monitoring and alerting in place.

    • Infrastructure as code
    • CI/CD on GitHub Actions or GitLab
    • ECS / Kubernetes
    • Monitoring & uptime SLAs

How we work

From brief to running system

  1. 01

    Discovery

Define the MVP scope, target users, core workflows and stack before a line of code is written.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Design the tenancy model, API structure, billing model and infrastructure plan, with full documentation.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week sprints with CI/CD from day one — working software at the end of every sprint, not at the end of the project.

  4. 04

    Launch & scale

Go live with monitoring in place, then keep improving based on real usage and growth signals.

Engagements & proof

What working together looks like

Typical engagement

Most SaaS products launch as an MVP in six to eight weeks, then grow into a full multi-tenant platform over twelve to sixteen weeks of sprints.

Fixed-price packages for well-defined scope; hourly or retainer for evolving work. Every quote follows a scoping call.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Something else? Ask us directly — we reply within 24 hours.

What is the difference between an MVP and a full SaaS product?

An MVP includes only what you need to onboard your first paying users and validate the model — usually authentication, one or two core modules and basic billing. A full product adds multi-tenancy, advanced billing, team management, analytics, SSO and production infrastructure. We usually recommend launching the MVP first and expanding on real feedback.

How do you handle multi-tenancy?

We pick the model that fits your isolation requirements. Early-stage products usually use a shared database with row-level tenant isolation — cost-efficient and scalable. Enterprise or regulated products can use schema-per-tenant or database-per-tenant. We document the trade-offs before writing code.

Which billing models do you support?

All the common Stripe models: flat subscriptions, per-seat, metered usage, tiered, freemium with upgrade paths and hybrids — plus trials, coupons, annual/monthly toggles and dunning for failed payments.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

You do. Code lives in your repository from day one and infrastructure is provisioned in your cloud account. Handoff includes architecture guides and runbooks, so you are never locked in.

Can you build on our existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a technical audit to understand the architecture and technical debt, then extend what you have — unless a targeted rewrite would be faster and safer than iterating on it.

What happens after launch?

Professional engagements include 90 days of post-launch support: bug fixes, performance tuning and minor iterations. After that we offer retainers for ongoing development and DevOps, or help you hire and onboard your own team.
