How we work

From brief to running system

  1. 01

    Discover & strategise

We audit goals, audience and competitors, map user journeys and define the sitemap or feature set and the technical foundation.

  2. 02

    Design & prototype

Wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes, validated with stakeholders and real users before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Build & test

Agile sprints with automated tests, device QA and performance budgets checked continuously, with regular demos.

  4. 04

    Launch & optimise

Go-live or store submission, analytics in place, then iterative improvement driven by real usage.

Engagements & proof

What working together looks like

Typical engagement

A website ships in 7–20 business days depending on size. Product design engagements run alongside development, and mobile apps take four to sixteen weeks depending on features and platforms.

Fixed-price packages for well-defined scope; hourly or retainer for evolving work. Every quote follows a scoping call.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Something else? Ask us directly — we reply within 24 hours.

How long does a website or app take?

A focused marketing site typically takes 7–10 business days; larger sites with Figma design, a blog and CMS take 15–20. Mobile apps range from four to sixteen weeks or more depending on features and platforms. You get a detailed timeline after discovery.

What does every build include?

Mobile-first responsive design, semantic HTML and structured data for SEO, security headers and OWASP practices, analytics with conversion events, and accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA — standard, not add-ons.

Native or cross-platform?

Native apps give maximum performance and platform fidelity. Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native) shares most of the code across iOS and Android, cutting cost and time to market. We recommend based on your audience, features and budget.

Can we update the website ourselves?

Yes. We set up a content management system so your team can edit text, images and pages without code, and hand over documentation and training at launch.

Can you work with our existing brand or product?

Yes. We design within established brand guidelines, or develop the visual identity as part of the engagement. For existing products we start with a UX audit.

How do you hand designs to developers?

Organised Figma files with named layers, auto-layout, annotated specs, exported assets and a component inventory — or we build it ourselves, so nothing gets lost between design and code.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes. Maintenance plans cover security updates, OS and browser compatibility, performance monitoring and bug fixes under an SLA.
