AI writes code quickly. Knowing which code should exist is the part that takes years. A few of the rules we bring to every AI, ERP and integration project:
N° 01AI
An agent that scores well on a public benchmark can still fail on your refund policy. We build the evaluation set from your real conversations and run it on every change before anything ships.
N° 02AI
Agents start with scoped lookups (order status, policy text, account history). Anything that writes, refunds or sends goes through a human review step until the numbers prove it can run alone.
N° 03Integrations
Nightly CSV imports are why stock is wrong by lunchtime. Webhooks into a queue get orders and stock levels into the ERP in seconds, and a failed message is retried instead of silently skipped.
N° 04Integrations
Retries will happen. Keying each ERP record to its source ID (NetSuite calls it externalId; a custom ERP needs the same column) means a retry updates the same order instead of creating a second one.
N° 05ERP & CRM
Decide which system owns price, stock, customer address and credit terms before writing any sync. Two-way sync without an owner is how you get update loops.
N° 06Finance
Logs tell you what failed loudly. A daily count of orders, fulfilments, invoices and deposits on both sides catches what failed quietly, before month-end does.
