02Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect personal information you choose to provide when you:
- Fill in our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service or product you are interested in, and your message
- Book a call through our scheduling tool, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp
- Request a proposal or work with us on a project
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our servers and hosting providers record standard technical information needed to deliver and secure it:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type and version, operating system and device type
- Pages requested, date and time, and the referring website
If you accept analytics cookies, our analytics tools also collect how you use the website (pages visited, time on page, and similar usage data). If you do not accept them, these tools are not loaded.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Reply to your enquiries and provide support
- Prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for
- Send project updates and other communications related to your enquiry or project
- Understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent for analytics)
- Protect the website and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse

04How contact form submissions are handled
When you send the contact form, its contents are delivered by email to our team inbox so the right person can reply. The website itself does not keep a database of submissions.
To stop spam without a CAPTCHA, the form includes a hidden field that people never see, and we limit how many messages can be sent from one IP address in a short period. For that limit, your IP address is held in server memory for up to 10 minutes and then discarded.
06Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Hosting and network providers: serve the website and protect it from attacks
- Email provider: delivers contact form submissions and our replies
- Scheduling tool: handles bookings if you choose to book a call
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: only if enabled and only after your consent
08Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including:
- TLS encryption for all data sent to and from the website
- Secured server infrastructure
- Access controls that limit who can see personal data
- Regular reviews of our security practices
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Rate-limiting data is discarded after 10 minutes.

- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data

11Children's privacy

TabnCode operates from the United Arab Emirates. If you use the website from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the UAE or in other countries where our service providers operate. By using our website and services, you consent to these transfers.
