HR teams at mid-market companies (100–500 employees) are stuck in a painful gap: enterprise HRIS platforms like Workday are too expensive and complex, while generic tools like spreadsheets or basic HR software don't handle the nuances of their workflows — custom onboarding sequences, multi-location leave policies, performance review cycles, and contractor vs. full-time management.

How we build it
We begin by spending the first week shadowing the HR team — mapping every workflow, identifying the highest-friction points, and deciding what to automate vs. what to simplify.
The platform covers the full employee lifecycle: a digital onboarding wizard that guides new hires through document collection, policy acknowledgements, and tool provisioning in one flow; a leave management system with configurable approval chains and real-time team visibility calendars; a performance review module with 360-degree feedback, goal tracking, and scheduled review reminders; and a reporting dashboard that gives HR leaders instant visibility into headcount, tenure, absence trends, and review completion rates.
Critically, the platform is multi-tenant from day one — built to be sold to multiple companies, not just used internally. Each company gets their own branded portal, custom fields, and workflow configuration without touching another tenant's data.
